The Stouffville Spirit will be opening the 2023-24 Ontario Junior Hockey League season in four weeks beginning with training camp starting August 10 at the Stouffville Arena. The preseason will be filled with six exhibition games.
The Spirit will begin the pre-season on the road at the St, Michael’s Buzzers August 18. The two teams meet again the next night at Stouffville Arena.
The Spirit will play their second home game of the pre-season August 24 versus the Haliburton County Huskies.
The Spirit then hit the road again August 29 visiting the Aurora Tigers. The two will play in Stouffville a few days later on Aug. 31 at Stouffville Arena.
The Spirit will then wrap up the pre season in Haliburton in early September.
Home preseason games begin at 7:30 p.m.
The regular season begins Sept. 8. The Spirit’s home opener goes Saturday, Sept. 9, vs Aurora. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
